Your instructor, Veronica Brown, is a retired international flight attendant with nearly three decades s of service across three major airlines. She has flown to more than 60 countries, logged millions of miles, and built her career as both a Lead Flight Attendant and In-Flight Instructor. She also participated in interviewing and hiring flight attendants for a Fortune 500 airline and served as a Lead Safety Trainer during new-hire training classes.

A passionate advocate for DEO—Diversity, Equity, and Opportunity, Veronica founded Flight Ready Academy, the first DEO-focused pre-hire program in the airline industry, to bridge gaps for underrepresented communities and prepare aspiring flight attendants for success. After seeing talented candidates rejected for small, avoidable mistakes, she designed an inclusive program that equips learners with the tools to stand out, earn multiple job offers, and excel in airline training—often finishing in the top 10% of their class.

Beyond the classroom, Veronica is the author of INDISPUTABLE – An African American Flight Attendant Experience, a powerful memoir documenting her journey and insights as a Black woman navigating the airline industry. As the Founder & CEO of Flight Ready Academy, she continues to mentor and inspire candidates worldwide, ensuring that the next generation of flight attendants reflects the diversity of the skies they serve.
